What do I get when I buy a printable?

An instant download: a PDF sized for both US Letter and A4, so it prints properly whether you are in Ohio or Oxfordshire. The product page says how many pages are in the pack. Nothing is shipped and nothing needs installing.

Do I need a colour printer?

No. Every printable is designed to work in plain black and white on ordinary paper, because the printer in most houses is a tired black-and-white one with half a cartridge left. Colour looks nicer; it is never required.

Can I print it more than once?

Yes, as many times as you like, forever, for your own family. Print a fresh set every Christmas. That is the point of buying the file rather than a pad of paper that runs out.

Do you ship anything physical?

Not from this site. The printables are files you download. The paperback activity books are printed and shipped by Amazon — you buy those on Amazon, under Amazon's pricing and delivery, and we never see your card.

Why are the books on Amazon and not here?

Because a paperback has to be printed, packed and posted, and Amazon does all three better and cheaper than we could. Each book has a page on this site telling you exactly what is inside, with a link to its Amazon listing.

Are the free printables really free?

Yes. Whole, finished files, not samples with half the pages missing. We ask for an email address so we have somewhere to send the PDF. Joining the mailing list is a separate checkbox, unticked by default, and skipping it still gets you the file.

I scanned the QR code in a book and ended up here. What now?

You are in the right place. The page that code opens has the free printable that goes with your book on it — enter your email and it is sent straight away.

I bought a printable and lost the file. What do I do?

Go to /my-downloads, enter your email, and we will send a 6-digit code. Sign in with it and you will see all your past orders with fresh download links.

How many times can I download a paid file?

Up to 5 times per file. If you legitimately need more — new phone, lost laptop — email support@noscreenpress.com and we will bump it.

Can I open it on my phone?

Yes. It is a PDF, so any phone opens it. You will still need a printer at some point — the whole idea is to get the thing off a screen and onto a table.

Can I share it with another parent?

Send them the link to the page and they can get their own copy — free ones are free for them too. What the licence does not allow is passing the file itself around, posting it publicly, or selling it.

Can I use these in my classroom or my group?

Yes — print as many copies as your own class, scout troop or playgroup needs. What you may not do is sell them, or distribute the file to other teachers to print from; point them at the page instead. Reselling anything derived from them needs a commercial licence, so email us.

Why don't I get a tracking number?

Because there is nothing to ship. As soon as the payment confirms, your download is live on the next screen and emailed to you.

Why no password? Is that safe?

Yes — and safer than passwords for most people. We email you a one-time 6-digit code when you want to sign in. Codes expire in 10 minutes and only work once. You cannot have a "stolen password" if there isn't one.

I want a refund.

Email us within 14 days and we refund it, no questions asked — and you keep the file. We would rather have the feedback than the few dollars. See the refund policy for the detail. Paperbacks are refunded by Amazon, because Amazon took the payment.
